These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) set out the agreement between you (\u201cUser\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) and BelieveX Ltd (\u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) in relation to the use of ProSwipe (the \u201cService\u201d). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using ProSwipe in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service<\/b>

ProSwipe is an AI-powered Google Chrome extension aimed at male users, designed to:

\u2022 Analyse dating profiles (photos and bios) using AI filters against your criteria.
\u2022 Provide AI-generated messaging suggestions.

ProSwipe is a subscription-based service with a 24-hour free trial. To activate the trial, you must enter valid payment details. After 24 hours, unless cancelled, your chosen subscription will automatically renew and charges will apply.

Age Restriction:\u00a0<\/b>You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Permissions<\/b>: Use of the Chrome extension requires granting certain browser permissions. By installing and using ProSwipe, you consent to the use of these permissions solely to deliver the Service\u2019s functionality.

2. Important Disclaimer<\/b>

\u2022 ProSwipe is not affiliated with Tinder, Match Group, or any other dating platform.
\u2022 Use of ProSwipe may violate Tinder\u2019s or other platforms\u2019 Terms of Service.
\u2022 You acknowledge that you use ProSwipe entirely at your own risk, and that we accept no responsibility for any suspension, ban, or restriction imposed on your Tinder or dating accounts.
\u2022 We make no guarantees regarding matches, outcomes, or success when using ProSwipe.

3. User Responsibilities<\/b>

\u2022 You must be at least 18 years old to use ProSwipe.
\u2022 You may use ProSwipe on a maximum of two Tinder accounts.
\u2022 You may not share your login details with others.
\u2022 You may not create multiple accounts to repeatedly access free trials.
\u2022 If suspicious activity, account sharing, or trial abuse is detected, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account(s) and ban the related payment method.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation<\/b>

\u2022 Free trial: 24 hours (requires valid card details).
\u2022 Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew.
\u2022 Subscriptions auto-renew indefinitely until cancelled by you via your Customer Centre login.
\u2022\u00a0Refunds<\/b>: All charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
\u2022 On your bank statement, charges will appear as\u00a0BELIEVEX LTD<\/b>. No mention of ProSwipe, Pro Swipe, or ProSwipe.io will be displayed.


5. Restrictions<\/b>

You agree not to use the Service to:

\u2022 Break the law or engage in harassment, spam, or abuse.
\u2022 Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
\u2022 Circumvent usage limits, payment, or subscription requirements.


6. Termination<\/b>

Termination Notice<\/b>: Where appropriate, and unless termination is due to fraud or abuse, we will provide reasonable notice before suspending or terminating your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

\u2022 Breach these Terms.
\u2022 Engage in account sharing, fraudulent sign-ups, or misuse of free trials.


7. Limitation of Liability<\/b>

The Service is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BelieveX Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, bans, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from your use of ProSwipe.


8. Governing Law<\/b>

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications to the Service<\/b>

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including pricing or features, by providing reasonable notice to users.

10. Fair Use Policy<\/b>

ProSwipe includes a fair use policy to ensure reliable performance for all users. Each subscription includes up to 10,000 swipes per month, after which usage is restricted until your subscription renews.

Your monthly allowance resets automatically on your renewal date.
